At Bryelle Styling Co., we strive to provide the best virtual styling experience possible. However, we understand that cancellations and changes may occur. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Full Payment Requirement:

  • Full payment for services is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

1.2 Non-Refundable Portion:

  • 50% of the service fee is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

 

2. Cancellations

2.1 Eligible Refunds:

  • If you cancel your service within 72 hours of completing the Pre-Styling Consultation survey, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the service fee.

  • Cancellations made after the 72-hour window are not eligible for any refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with third-party factors such as shipping delays, retailer availability, or product quality.

  • Refunds are also not provided for late cancellations or failure to respond to follow-up requests.

 

3. Rush Fees

3.1 Rush Service Payments:

  • Rush fees (50% of the service fee) are non-refundable, as they cover expedited processing of your styling service.

 

4. Delivery Disclaimer

  • Once the styled outfit recommendations are delivered, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
