Welcome to Bryelle Styling Co.! By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.​
1. General Terms
1.1 Service Overview:
Bryelle Styling Co. is a virtual styling business that provides personalized outfit recommendations, wardrobe refresh services, and other styling solutions.
1.2 Eligibility:
Our services are available to individuals aged 16 or older. Clients under 16 must have parental or guardian consent to book services.
1.3 Client Responsibility:
Clients must provide accurate information when filling out the Pre-Styling Consultation survey and creating their profile. Failure to do so may affect the quality of the service provided.

2. Booking Policy
2.1 Pre-Styling Consultation:
Clients must complete the Pre-Styling Consultation survey and fill out their profile, including sizing information, before booking.
2.2 Payment Requirements:
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe.
2.3 Rescheduling and Cancellation:

Rescheduling and cancellations may be made within 72 hours after completing the Pre-Styling Consultation.

After the 72-hour window, rescheduling or cancellations will not be accepted, and the service fee will be retained.

​3. Service Delivery
3.1 Delivery Timeline:

Styled outfit recommendations will be delivered no later than 7 days after booking.

For expedited delivery, a rush add-on ensures service within 2 days, subject to a 50% rush fee.
3.2 No Live Sessions:
All services are conducted virtually, and there are no live styling sessions. Communication is managed through the Pre-Styling Consultation survey and email.​

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations:

If you cancel your service within the 72-hour window, 50% of the total fee is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Cancellations made after the 72-hour window are not eligible for any refund.
4.2 Non-Refundable Fees:
The retained 50% fee covers the preparation work completed before the service is delivered.
4.3 Shipping Issues:
Bryelle Styling Co. is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays from third-party retailers. Refunds will not be provided for late arrival of recommended items.​

5. Client Obligations
5.1 Timely Submission:
Clients are required to complete the Pre-Styling Consultation survey and profile information promptly to avoid delays in service.
5.2 Communication:
Clients must respond promptly to any follow-up inquiries to ensure timely delivery of recommendations.​

6. Rush Services
6.1 Rush Fee:
A rush fee of 50% of the total service charge applies for expedited delivery within 2 days.
6.2 Availability:
Rush services are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.​

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership:
All materials provided by Bryelle Styling Co., including lookbooks, outfit recommendations, and guides, remain our intellectual property. Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
7.2 Personal Use:
Clients may use the materials provided exclusively for their personal styling needs.​

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Bryelle Styling Co. is not liable for:

Dissatisfaction with third-party retailer products or services.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Shipping or delivery issues beyond our control.​​

9. Amendments
9.1 Policy Updates:
Bryelle Styling Co. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. ​
